The interdisciplinary artist residency and boutique hospitality project, led by Martino di Napoli Rampolla in Florence, is opening a new artistic residence in Casa das Estrelas, Piracanga, Bahia.

 


 

Numeroventi Bahia will focus on process-based practices

Taking the iconic headquarters in Florence as a reference, the house in Bahia will respond to the context of the tropics, by means of the use of local materials, adequate typology for the weather conditions and the use of liminal spaces, aiming to encourage connection between inside and outside.

  Engaging with local artisans, neighbours and landscapes through a perspective of attentive listening, shared authorship and an extraordinary form of hospitality.
