Numeroventi e Table Nexus sono felici di annunciare la prima edizione di Risorgimento del Vino, una giornata dedicata al vino come strumento di incontro, scambio e rinascita culturale.
Un evento che profuma di vino ma che, prima di tutto, aspira ad avvicinare le persone — in particolare una nuova generazione di giovani produttori toscani che stanno scommettendo su questo mondo e sulla sua trasformazione. Attraverso le loro storie, le loro bottiglie e una convivialità sincera e accessibile, Risorgimento del Vino vuole aggiungere nuovi colori al dipinto classico toscano, ravvivandolo e riportandolo a vivere con entusiasmo.
L’evento si terrà domenica 1 marzo 2026, dalle 15:00 alle 20:00, negli spazi di Numeroventi, in Via dei Pandolfini 20, Firenze.

Saranno presenti 13 produttori, che presenteranno e condivideranno i propri vini in un contesto informale e aperto, favorendo l’incontro diretto tra produttori e appassionati.

Rinaldi | Tenuta Di Valgiano

The Residence was born from the desire to create a space where vignerons and the art of gathering around the table could come together in a convivial moment dedicated to craftsmanship and contemporary cuisine.
We are delighted to present the wines of Rinaldi as one of the two producers for our 5th edition.
Azienda Agricola Giuseppe Rinaldi is one of the most revered traditional estates in Barolo, Piedmont. Founded in the late 19th century, the winery became internationally respected under Giuseppe “Beppe” Rinaldi for its uncompromising, terroir-driven Barolo wines crafted in a deeply classical style. Working with historic crus such as Brunate, Cannubi-San Lorenzo, and Ravera, the estate is known for long macerations, large Slavonian oak aging, and a philosophy rooted in minimal intervention and authenticity.
Today, the winery continues under the guidance of his daughters, preserving its artisanal spirit and devotion to tradition. The wines will be presented by Marta Rinaldi, who carries forward the family legacy with the same commitment to precision, integrity, and respect for the land.
We proudly present Tenuta Di Valgiano as our second producer.
Tenuta di Valgiano was among the first wineries in Italy to adopt biodynamic agriculture. The winery was established in the early 1990s (around 1993) and is today guided by Moreno Petrini and Laura di Collobiano.
The estate covers 55 hectares of land, with about 16 hectares planted to vineyards on limestone and sandstone-rich soils. This terroir, shaped by the nearby Apennines and influenced by Mediterranean breezes, helps craft expressive wines with distinct character, they are the liquid expression of outstanding landscape of the Colline Lucchesi.

Tenuta di Valgiano : Palistorti bianco 2024 ; Palistortii rosso 2023 . Tenuta di Valgiano 2021 e poi una Magnum vecchia annata 2001 o 2000

The event is part of the Residency wine club series, an initiative that aims to highlight important wine personalities through guided experiences.
Join us in Madrid
This week we gather in Madrid for a new chapter of The Residence Wine Club. Together with the GOTA, former chef residents at Numeroventi in 2022
Now we meet again, this time in Madrid.
For this edition, we will be pouring the wines from Castello dei Rampolla — the first biodynamic vineyard in Tuscany, founded in 1965, in the heart of the Conca d’Oro, Panzano in Chianti.
The menu for the night will be paired with some of the new Rampolla releases.
Expect open bottles, blind tastings, long conversations, and music by s-brid. An intimate evening designed to unfold slowly.

We are delighted to present the wines of Gravner as one of the two producors for our Saint Valentin edition.
Gravner is one of Italy’s most iconic and visionary wine estates, located in Oslavia in the Collio Goriziano region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Founded and led by winemaker Joško Gravner, this historic winery has become synonymous with amber wines, ancient winemaking techniques, and a profound respect for nature and terroir. For decades, Gravner has blended tradition and innovation in pursuit of authentic expression.
Our second Producer is the amazing Emidio Pepe.
Emidio Pepe is a legend of Italian winemaking whose name is synonymous with tradition, purity, and uncompromising craft. Based in Torano Nuovo in Abruzzo, the estate was founded in 1964 and has remained deeply rooted in hands-on, artisanal practices ever since.
Pepe’s philosophy is simple but radical: let nature lead and human intervention be minimal. Grapes are hand-picked and pressed by foot, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, and wines are bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Foradori | La Stoppa

The Residence was born from the desire to create a space where vignerons and the art of gathering around the table could come together in a convivial moment dedicated to craftsmanship and contemporary cuisine.
We are delighted to present the wines of Azienda Agricola Foradori, as one of the two producors for our holiday edition.
Based in the heart of the Campo Rotaliano in Trentino, Foradori is internationally renowned for its dedication to terroir, biodiversity, and authenticity. Led by Elisabetta Foradori, the estate is celebrated for reviving and elevating the indigenous grape Teroldego, producing wines of purity, depth, and elegance.
Our second Producer is the amazing La Stoppa. It is a historic and deeply authentic estate located in the hills of the Val Trebbia.
Giulio Armani has been the head winemaker since the mid-1990s focusing mainly on traditional local varieties such as Barbera, Bonarda, and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica. La Stoppa produces wines of character, depth, and vitality. Celebrated labels such as Macchiona and Ageno have become benchmarks for honest, terroir-driven Italian wines.

Drink Wines Not Labels | Podere Le Ripi | Pacina

The Residence was born from the desire to create a space where vignerons and the art of gathering around the table could come together in a convivial moment dedicated to craftsmanship and contemporary cuisine.
An opportunity for guests and protagonists of the wine world to share, creating a unique culinary and creative experience in the city. An immersive evening featuring a 5 course menu and 6 wines representing three artisanal wineries.
For our second edition we are excited to welcome from the hills of Langhe a young project by Alessandro Salvano: Drink wine not labels. Born just outside the Barolo borders and built on a simple idea: judge the wine, not the label.
Our second biodynamic gem, Podere le Ripi, is nestled in the hills of Montalcino. Led by winemaker Sebastian Nasello, the vineyards are split across two very different slopes, giving their Sangiovese wines a striking sens of place.
And finally, our third highlight, the biodiverse estate in Chianti hills of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Pacina is ran by Giovanna Tiezzi & Stefano Borsa who firmly believe in releasing when the wine is ready, not conform to quick-release rules.

CHEF – Matteo Susanna
After spending years at the top of the culinary scene around the world, Matteo Susanna felt inspired to create a project that would allow him to see cuisine in a different light, focusing on conviviality and creativity in all their forms.
His approach to creating experiences combines historical techniques with modern design, through a seemingly simple and refined execution.
This project is the result of years spent traveling to places that have inspired him, giving rise to the desire to create a nomadic space where he can express himself freely and celebrate unique moments.
TABLE NEXUS
Table Nexus, from the Latin “binding together,” is a creative and culinary project designed to connect people through an interactive experience in which food is the primary means of expression. Convivial tables are set up in spaces carefully designed to stimulate the senses and celebrate the profound meaning of sharing a moment together.
Gathering around the same table, with a menu created in collaboration with our community of talented chefs, our guests rediscover the value of human connection.
