Our chef-in-residence program allow chefs, aspiring as well as established, to visit Numeroventi to cultivate a deeper connection to local, seasonal foods. They lead food workshops, host lunches, dinners, and special feasts.

After a cooking CAP, Martin Planchaud first worked across the Atlantic in Montreal (Les 400 Coups) then in New York (Le Crocodile) but also in artistic residencies such as Villa Lena in Tuscany or Domaine de Boisbuchet. Now, Martin divides his time between the Basque country and Paris, always looking for new and unusual places to cook – currently at Numeroventi.
