Hospitality Manager

               
NUMEROVENTI is looking for an experienced and motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Florence, Italy. As the Hospitality Manager, you will oversee and coordinate our hospitality operations, working closely with the team while demonstrating initiative and leadership.

The role will include but is not limited to; overseeing and ensuring an exceptional experience for all artists and guests, managing check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining and upholding the highest standards in guest rooms and common areas and supervising and coordinating day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure smooth functionality.

– The ideal candidate will possess:
– Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role.
– Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Fluency in English and Italian.
– The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Is based in Florence and availability to work on weekends.

Start: January 2025.
