Alisa Larsen

21 Feb–3 Mar

Alisa Larsen is a writer and home cook who sometimes cooks for many. Her cooking is grounded in the tension between season and place – what makes sense, here and now. Simple and honest food that sings, letting the distinct flavour, quality and origins of the produce shine through in an uncluttered manner.
