The chef-in-residence program at Numeroventi allow chefs, aspiring as well as established, to visit us and cultivate a deeper connection to local, seasonal foods. They lead food workshops, host lunches, dinners, and special feasts in our courtyard and lounge.
Zuri Camille de Souza
Zuri Camille de Souza was born in Goa to a family that showed their love through food. Connection is at the heart of the talented chef’s work today, which is visible through her work at Marseille-based project Sanna Marseille, where she brings people together over plant-forward food that pays homage to her rich and flavourful culinary heritage.
For Zuri, cooking is also a meditation and a love letter to nature and its abundance, and a reminder of the need to rethink our relationship with ecology.

Every weekday we serve a healthy, seasonal breakfast buffet in our courtyard and lounge. It features a healthy selection of homemade dishes; eggs and bread, yogurt and granola, juices, along with seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00-11.00
• Breakfast is included for all guests staying overnight at Numeroventi for bookings made after July 12, 2022. For bookings made earlier, the price is 15€.
• Non-residents are also welcome to join our breakfast, subject to availability.
